If we aren't having fun, whats the point!? The ONLY thing that matters on your wedding day is you are present and enjoying your day to the fullest with your people. A laidback approach allows you and your guest to relax and be present. My brain is moving a 100 miles an hour on your wedding day to make sure I capture everything artfully, so you can live the moments.
She is great at giving tips to find the perfect shot. You can see in her photos how easily her subjects are able to work and mesh with her.
She captured our perfect day so authentically and naturally and we are absolutely in love with our photos. She has given us the amazing gift of these beautiful memories and we are going to be forever grateful for having Sarah as our photographer. We are so lucky!!
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. The lighting and editing Sarah does is just beyond perfect. We are so pleased with our pictures and she got us about 100 sneak peek photos back in just 2 days after the wedding. Every picture is beautiful!

I searched endlessly for a photographer that could do this and wouldn't leave us looking like there was a harsh flash on us in a black hole, and Sarah delivered above and beyond. She truly has the skills and knowledge to work in any scenario - something that is rare and hard to find.
If you're uncomfortable in front of the camera don't worry it all fades away when you're working with Sarah. She guides you she encourages you she's your ultimate hype girl.
I’m here to support you, celebrate with you, and build a real connection. I’ve had couples become dear friends, and I’ve been lucky to document their stories long after the wedding day. That kind of trust and closeness is what makes this work so meaningful to me.
Once you’re booked, I’ll send over my welcome guide and we’ll get to work on planning the perfect engagement session. Whether you need help with outfit ideas, timeline tweaks, or want to chat ceremony vibes or decor — I’m just a text away. I’ve got you.
Woohoo — we’re doing this! To lock in your date, I just need a signed contract and a 30% deposit. The final balance is due anytime before your big day. From here on out, I’m in your corner for whatever you need.
First things first — let’s hop on a call, sip some coffee (or wine!), and do a vibe check. I want to hear all about your love story, what matters most to you on your wedding day, and the moments you’re dreaming of. We’ll walk through your day and I’ll put together a custom timeline to get us started.
Planning your wedding day timeline to ensure there is plenty of time for all of the photographs you want captured on your big day is one of the best things you can do to ensure your day goes flawlessly and is completely stress free. When in doubt, leaving yourself plenty of time and padding ensures we can adapt to any unforeseen delays. Below is recommend time needed for photography to document key elements of your love story!
* Ideal Time Allotment – 30 minutes
* Ideal Location – Bridal Suite or Hotel Suite
* Advice – Having at least 30 minutes for details ensures that we have plenty of time to get that perfect photo of the dress, rings, shoes, bouquets, and the other details of the day.
* Ideal Time Allotment – -60 minutes
* Ideal Time of the Day – Before the Ceremony and During Sunset
* Advice – The first look and couples session should be around 60-minutes combined. The first look will take about 10-15 minutes, and the rest of the time will be spent on couples portraits. The time should ideally be broken up into 45 minutes before the ceremony and 20-30 minutes during sunset to capture the beautiful golden hour light. Please note, if you have a videographer they may want additional time to capture specific shots as well.
* Ideal Time Allotment – 30 to 45 minutes
* Ideal Time of the Day – Morning or Afternoon before the ceremony. If you are not doing a first look, I recommend capturing the ladies and gents separately before the ceremony.
* Advice – This time can be broken up before and after the ceremony if you will not be doing a first look. During this time, we get tons of fun shots, of everyone together, then the ladies and gents separately. If timing allows I love to capture both the bride and groom with each one of their bridesmaids or groomsmen individually.
* Ideal Time Allotment – 10 minutes
Advice – Please allow 10 minutes for the second shooter to take pictures of the ceremony site, completely set up with no guests or vendors in the area.
Ceremony times vary on the type of ceremony!
Cultural weddings with longer ceremonies and pre wedding events, such as baraat's or tea ceremonies should be planned for accordingly. Please inquire for specific recommendations.
*Ideal Time Allotment – 20-30-minutes
*Ideal Time of the Day – Directly after the Ceremony
*Ideal Location – Ceremony Site
Advice – Formals should take around 15 to 30 minutes depending on the size of your family and the amount of groupings you would like photographed. Creating a list of which groups you would like photographed and communicating to those family members to stay at the ceremony site is a great way to ensure we use our time wisely. Assigning a helper on each side to be the leader/director for that side of the family is also very helpful.

* Ideal Time Allotment – You want to make sure you have photo coverage throughout all of the scheduled programing, such as First Dance, Toasts, Bouquet and Garter Toss, and Cake Cutting. After that, typically 45 minutes to an hour of dancing is sufficient to capture the PARTY!
* Advice – If you will be doing a Grand Exit, then you will need coverage until the end of night.
