Who says June Gloom is a bummer? Some of my favorite sessions are when we have an overcast sky that gives the whole session a beautiful soft lighting and a deep blue backdrop. These two use to live around Laguna and Newport Beach and would frequent the famous "Ruby's Shake Shack", located at the top of the scenic Crystal Cove State Park. We met up there and grabbed some snacks, which Josh was NOT mad about. From there we hopped down to Laguna Beach and walked around the artsy downtown. Becca and Josh were such a blast to shoot, especially when I asked them to dance! Becca use to be a Zumba instructor, so of course, she could break out some moves! As it got dark, we spent the rest of the evening at Heisler Park in Laguna Beach, which offers the most beautiful rock formations.
