I've known Eric and Stephanie for years now, so being able to be a small part of their wedding day was such an honor. Add to that, the wedding was in the most beautiful paradise I could have imaged. I had never heard of Sayulita when Eric and Stephanie told me that's where they were getting hitched, but once I arrived I was blown away! A very small town nestled in the hillside of pacific mainland Mexico, Sayulita is characterized by cobblestone streets, the cutest local dogs everywhere and colorful papel-picado (paper flags) hanging overhead. I love that Stephanie used this in her wedding details, and had white papel picados with her and Eric's initials hanging above the reception site. Every detail was just gorgeous, from their ADORABLE postcard inspired save the date, to the tropical florals, and the spanish tile table numbers. So much mexican style!
The wedding day was relaxed and the most important thing for Eric and Stephanie was to spend quality time with all of their closest friends and family who made the journey. Some guest even hopping over the pond from London and Barcelona! The day was filled with love and laughter.
